Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?+
With a fabric from stock, our minimum is 50 pieces per design and color. A fabric made specially for you needs at least 500 pieces per design and color. You can always start with a single sample, and if you need fewer pieces, tell us: we'll let you know what's possible after reviewing your design. Unit price depends on quantity, fabric and design.
Can I send my own fabric or trims?+
Yes. You can send us your own fabric, labels, zippers, buttons, hang tags and other trims. We can also source trims made with your logo; these usually start at around 1,000 pieces.
How long does sampling take?+
Pattern making and sampling take around 2 weeks on average, depending on the style.
How long does production take?+
Production usually takes 2–4 weeks after sample approval. We confirm your exact delivery date in your quote, based on quantity and our production schedule at the time.
Do you charge for samples?+
Yes, samples are paid. When you go ahead with production, the sample cost is deducted from your order.
How does payment work?+
When we plan your production, we prepare a quote that sets out the price, payment terms and delivery date, so you know everything before production starts.
Do you offer pattern making, grading and sampling?+
Yes. Our pattern team creates and grades digital patterns from your design, sketch or a reference garment, and makes your samples for fit approval. You can also order this service on its own and receive DXF files.
Who owns the patterns and designs?+
You do. Your designs stay yours, and the patterns we make for you belong to you. We can deliver them as DXF files.
Which customizations can you do?+
Screen and digital printing, embroidery, garment washes, patches, technical fabrics and more. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you how we'd make it.
I already have a tech pack. Can I send it?+
Yes. Upload your PDF or images on our tech pack page with your order details, or send it to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail. Our pattern team reviews it and comes back to you with questions and a quote.
Can you help if I only have an idea?+
Yes. Our team can help you develop your design, prepare a tech pack, choose fabrics and make your first sample.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We ship to brands across Europe, the Middle East, North America and beyond.
